Promtogram (the "App") is a service that uses AI to transform a vertical video you upload — changing style, background and clothing, adding objects — while preserving your face and voice. By using the App you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3.1. You upload only video to which you hold all rights, and you use YOUR OWN likeness (face and voice) or the likeness of people who have given their explicit consent.
3.2. You may not upload or create material featuring other people without their consent, or material involving minors in any inappropriate context.
3.3. You retain the rights to your original content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely in order to provide the service, including transferring it to third-party AI providers for generation.
Using the App, you may not create, among other things:
The App applies an automatic filter and lets anyone report any clip, but it does not guarantee that every violation will be detected — you remain responsible for the content you create and publish.
You agree that you use the App at your own risk and bear full responsibility for your content and its publication. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against third-party claims, including claims by rights holders, arising from your content or from your breach of this Agreement.
Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected or contain artefacts. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Do not use the results to deceive or defame anyone, or to present them as real events.
In order to generate video, your material is transferred to third-party AI providers and processed in the cloud. Speech recognition is performed on your device where possible. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8.1. Clips carry a "Promtogram · AI" mark indicating that the video was created with artificial intelligence. Removing the mark and certain other features may be paid.
8.2. Access to generation is provided by subscription (auto-renewing monthly, billed through your Apple ID) or as a one-off pack. One "clip" means one successful video generation. A subscription grants a set number of clips per period; unused subscription clips do not carry over to the next period. A pack adds clips to your permanent balance. Terms and prices are shown in the App and in the App Store.
8.3. REFUNDS. A generated clip is consumable digital content that is created and delivered to you immediately; at that moment we incur non-refundable costs with a third-party AI provider. The price of a successfully created clip is therefore non-refundable. If generation fails for technical reasons, no clip is deducted.
8.4. FOR EU/EEA USERS. By starting a generation you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service — the created clip — has been fully performed.
8.5. You manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings. Auto-renewal must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you believe that content infringes your rights, write to ahoneyhunters@gmail.com identifying the material and confirming your rights — we will review it and remove it where necessary. Repeat infringers are subject to restrictions.
We may update this Agreement; continued use means that you accept the new version.
